Tasting from 26.03.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby. Very intense, engaging aromas with notes of plum, blackberry, black cherry, liquorice and tobacco. Shows more and more dimensions with aeration, such as notes of chocolate and spices. Full-bodied and intensely fruity on the palate. With noticeable but fine tannins and great length.
