Medium golden yellow, brass reflections. Delicate acacia honey and candied tangerine zest, ripe apricot, fine nutty aromas. Complex, juicy, some nougat, chalky minerality, herbal savouriness on the finish, subtle honey notes in the aftertaste, a versatile food wine.
