The red wine Redigaffi Toscana IGT – Tua Rita, vintage 2016 from the winery Tua Rita has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 97 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Clear, rich ruby. Finely drawn nose with notes of blackberry, sandalwood and cassis. Builds magnificently on the palate, plump and firm, lots of rich fruit, then opens up with lots of fine-meshed, soft and at the same time structuring tannins, salty and long, polished and long on the finish.
