Tasting from 22.11.2022: Peter Moser

Pale yellow-green with silver reflections. Nuances of fresh gooseberries, guava, citrus zest, some verbena and lots of fresh pear fruit. The medium body shows a fine fruit sweetness which is elegant and balanced thanks to the integrated acidity. Mineral-salty on the finish, again with a hint of fruit sweetness. Good length on show, this is already harmonious and easy to drink. .
