Intense light gold with sparkling reflections. Exciting nose of candied ginger, lemon zest, peach tea, mint, banana pieces, precious wood, flint. On the palate there is a fine juiciness, bright yellow fruit, candied ginger, embedded in nutty wood, fine saltiness on the finish, minimally set.
