Tasting from 16.08.2024: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Fleshy yellow fruit on the nose. Notes of Reine Claude plum, peach and grapefruit. In addition, elegant, herbal-savoury notes and some floral nuances. Beautiful fullness on the palate. Compact, with ripe, fresh acidity, lots of citrus and some honey as well as savoury notes on the long finish.
