Tasting from 19.04.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright greenish yellow with a persistent mousse. Notes of Williams pear, chamomile and a little grapefruit on the nose. On the palate, a rich, fruity mouthfeel: inviting, lush and sweet. Again, clearly reminiscent of Williams pears. Lacks a little sprint in the finish.

Pale straw yellow with light silver reflections, bright. Fine mousse. Complex bouquet, ranging from fresh and candied citrus fruit to green apple and hints of dried fruit. Sweet and vinous on the palate, with good acidity and a clean, dry finish.
