Tasting Notes
Intense straw yellow with green reflections. Expressive, intriguing nose, lots of lemon and green apple, some Mediterranean herbs in the background. On the palate there is some herbal spice, full-bodied, delicate texture, subtle phenolics, harmonious acidity, salty finish.
More about the tastingBright, light golden yellow. Ripe pear and tropical fruit on the nose, with a hint of maquis on the finish. Very salty and fresh on the palate, well-balanced, has a warming effect, long finish.
