Von Hand geerntet, gefolgt von einer langsamen Gärung unter Temperaturkontrolle ist dieser Wein für 30 Monate in drei verschiedenen Arten von neuen Eichenfässern und 18 Monate in der Flasche gealtert. Dunkles kirschrot mit violetten Reflexen. Fruchtige Nase erinnernd an Kaffee, Tabak und Vanille. Am Gaumen fruchtig mit mittlerem Körper und reifen Tanninen. Im Abgang lang und harmonisch.

Notes of dried cherry, plum and blackberry confit on the nose. Also some coconut and white flowers. Soft and flattering on the palate, with polished, slightly noticeable tannins and a long finish on woody notes.
