Deep dark ruby, almost impenetrable. The nose is full of woody savouriness, mint, a slight hint of shoe polish, chocolate powder and vanilla cream. Dense and compact on the palate, showing dark fruit, characterised by the use of wood, delicately drying tannins on the finish.
