Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Fresh plums, blackberries, a touch of liquorice, tangerine zest in the underlay. Deep yet youthful, red cherries, ripe tannins, mineral and salty, some dark nougat, lingers, will benefit from further bottle ageing.
