The red wine Falconera Merlot Montello Colli Asolani DOC, vintage 2016 from the winery Venegazzù Vini has been rated in 2020 by Kiem Othmar, Staffler Simon with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Merlot, Malbec, Malbec from the region Veneto in Italy.
Elegant, rich garnet with a delicately brightening rim. Slight reduction on the nose, then delicate vegetal notes after enough air, red bell peppers, cinnamon cordial, fresh raspberry, light leather, tobacco. On the palate it shows with an equally light vegetal green spiciness, which is highly gluggable, medium-bodied, juicy, gently drying at the back.
