Intense light gold with subtle greenish reflections. On the nose a candied lemon peel, light grapefruit, mint, sage, plus fine oak, hints of sea salt in the echo. Great tension on the palate, deep and balanced, comes in many layers and builds towards a salty and elegant finish with great length.
