Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Radiant ruby with a fine garnet shimmer. Compact and appealing nose, with scents of preserved cherries, freshness, tree-ripe plums, and some dried tomatoes. Full-bodied and rich on the palate, grippy, followed by a fine dose of tannins, establishing a long arc, with an exquisite chocolate finish.
