Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with garnet rim. Aromatic bouquet of ripe wild berries, finest cedar wood, fresh bread crust, slightly leathery finish. Delicately savoury, hints of juniper, lots of fruit texture, fine tannins with grip in interplay with the acidity, complex with a compact structure, draws onto the finish with tension.
