Tasting from 19.04.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant straw yellow with a subtle olive green, persistent, abundant mousse. Saffron and some peach on the nose, with fine yeasty notes, not quite precise. Juicy and fresh on the palate, very dry, lacks persistence in the finish and falls off somewhat.
