Tasting from 03.09.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Subtle fruity aromas on the nose with notes of grapefruit, Mirabelle plum and apricot. There are also hints of coffee, freshly cut wood and passion fruit. Full-bodied on the palate, with ripe, taut acidity and subtle fruit. Citrus, yellow stone fruit. Slightly tart, long finish.
