Tasting Notes
Still quite closed on the nose, hints of sour cherry and herbs. Firm extract on the palate, typical of Aglianico, but without harshness and excessive astringency, good acid backbone, pleasant and already open palate fruit, slightly sweet extract. Good length. Goes well with hearty Italian country cuisine, but also has ageing potential for five or more years.
