The red wine Sizzano Riserva San Bartolomeo DOC, vintage 2013 from the winery Vigneti Valle Roncati has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Nebbiolo, Vespolina from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Clear day bright ruby red. The nose opens up with notes of leather and spice, and a hint of tobacco leaf and liquorice, delicate rose petal, rich cherry and wild berry fruit. The palate opens with an elegant texture which fans out elegantly on the palate, touches of saline minerality, elegant flow with gentle finish.
