Tasting from 11.11.2022: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Elegant bouquet with notes of fresh and confit dark forest berries. Blackberry, cassis. Also subtle hints of liquorice, butterscotch and cinnamon. Beautiful fullness and elegant acidity on the palate, aroma of blackberry confit and dried plum, paired with subtle dark savouriness. Youthful tannin, long finish.
