Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red colour with brick red accents. Peppery savouriness on the nose, with mint and cloves, ripe cornelian cherry and wild raspberry, buttered toast and vanilla on the palate. Pleasant palate, full-bodied, very texture, balanced on the finish with a beautiful aftertaste.
