Tasting from 24.09.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Pale shiny straw yellow. Not loud on the nose, green apple and Williams pear in the foreground, then slightly tart, bergamot and lime zest. Crisp on the palate, very fresh on the palate, animating, clear, lots of citrus, but the fruit itself is somewhat restrained, with a slightly diminishing finish.
