Tasting from 18.03.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark, bright ruby red. On the nose, rum steeped fruit and pickled cherry, oak, very ripe sour cherry and sugared violets. Red berry fruit on the palate, full-bodied, but tightens up at the back and remains persistent.
