Brilliant straw yellow with a golden hue and delicate mousse. Opens with a reductive expression, reminiscent of yellow apple and pineapple. Lively acidity and subtle mousse on the palate, then shows plenty of ripe, yellow fruit, dominated by sweetness on the finish, finishes with a delicate after-dryness.
