Bright silver grey with persistent mousse. Fragrant on the nose with exotic fruit aromas, juicy citrus fruit, grapefruit, fresh grass, slight hints of wet stone. Well-integrated mousse on the palate, lots of fruit texture, very well balanced, comes in several waves, finishes dry; a guaranteed pleasure.
