Strong use of new wood, vanilla, caramel, plus a haunting fruit of black cherry jam and balsamic notes. Silky and flowing on the palate, accompanied by fine nerves, seamlessly integrated alcohol. A fruity, lime-mineral wine typical of the DO with good length and intense fruit on the palate.
