Tasting Notes

Tasting from 10.03.2006

Dark ruby garnet, deep core of color, violet reflections, broad watery rim. Delicate quince confit on the nose, red berry notes, delicate peppery wood spice, slightly oxidative with air. Caramelly on the palate, fresh acid structure, full of finesse, lemony touch on the finish, mineral single-vineyard wine, already perfectly drinkable.
