Initially reductive on the nose. With oxygen, notes of grapefruit, fresh apple and peach. Also spicy and nutty notes. Taut acidity on the palate, full-bodied, between citrus, green apple and herbal savouriness. Long, mineral finish with a slight phenolic grip.
