Sweet cherry fruit, radiant and juicy, adapted to wine bar requirements on the palate with a little CO2, light and elegant, with a carefully placed but definitely supporting tannin cover, vital acidity, thirst-quenching, a red for a quick sip, really suitable for tapas.
