Prokupac boje lila, vintage 2012 from the winery Vino Budimir has been rated in 2023 by Peter Moser with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Župa - West Morava in Serbia.
Medium crimson garnet in colour with ochre reflections and a broad and bright rim. On the nose, a multi-faceted bouquet with fine spicy aromas, nuances of wild berries, tangerine zest, ripe plum and a touch of herbs. The juicy palate is intense and richly structured, appearing nimble and youthful yet perfectly developed, with red cherry and red currant fruit and some salinity. Vines are from the Gubovac site planted around 1910, a delicious food wine.
