Pale greenish yellow, silver reflections. Delicate herbal spice, white pomaceous fruit, hints of peach and grapefruit zest. Powerful, ripe apple. Delicate nutty touch, a hint of dried fruit, saline finish, delicate blossom honey in the aftertaste, has length and further ageing potential.
