Light yellow-green, silver reflections. Delicate herbal spiciness, hints of peach and grapefruit zest, floral touch. Medium complexity, fine savoury stone fruit nuances, fine acidity, delicate sweetness on the finish, mineral and long lasting, a sturdy food companion.
