Tasting Notes

Tasting from 01.01.2024: Peter Moser

Strong carmine garnet, ochre reflections, broad brightening on the rim. Subtle woody savouriness, some vanilla, a hint of liquorice, floral nuances. Taut, finely-meshed, some cassis and blackberries, good acidity, vivid, integrated tannins, mineral and salty finish, remains persistent, should be allowed to evolve for another two or three years.
