Blackberry, black olive, oilventapenade, white pepper, cherry, elderberry, medium to medium-high density on the palate, sandy tannins, good freshness, lots of juiciness, controlled alcohol, "cool" and spicy on the palate, garrigue and chocolate on the finish. Very solid wine.
