Tasting from 14.02.2019

Golden yellow with copper undertones. On the nose hay, yellow apple and elderflower. Slightly smoky notes underneath yeasty notes. Smooth on the palate with a subtle, juicy acidity and a refreshing saltiness, an elegant mousse. Deep savoury notes of fresh herbs on the finish. Very elegant!
