Bright straw yellow with olive green reflections. Fragrant aromas of fresh elderberry cordial, fresh citrus fruit and sea salt. On the palate, a fruity core with a well-integrated mousse, but a little broad-meshed and sticky on the finish, with a hint of cinnamon.
