It is a wine made from the grape variety Schwarzriesling from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Light golden yellow with just a hint of copper in the colour. There are peppery and berryish notes on the nose, as well as some yeast. The palate is taut and dense with a rather restrained mousse, the ripe acidity provides sufficient tension. A delicate, thoroughly elegant aperitif.
