Tasting Notes
Light yellow-green in colour with silver reflections. Seductive stone fruit aromas on the nose, with fresh vineyard peach, a hint of flowers, a mineral touch and some notes of lemongrass. Complex and tightly woven on the palate with sweet white tropical fruit extract, a lively acidity structure that conveys some raciness and makes for a light-footed impression before the full-bodied finish. There's some minerality in the aftertaste. A very good food wine, which will only benefit from bottle ageing.
