Golden yellow in colour and attractively ripe on the nose. Ripe yellow apple, tangerine peel, lime, lemon balm and slate savouriness. Medium-bodied on the palate, light phenolics, distinct acidity, light fruit sweetness with good substance and authenticity of the region.
