Onion skin color, clear. Aroma of orange zest, cloves and cinnamon, plus rose petals, violets and candied citrus zest, accompanied by dark chocolate and nougat. Complex, balanced bouquet. Finely melting on the palate, silky tannin structure with an animating bite and good acid structure. A little more reserved on the palate than on the nose.
