Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Medium yellow-green with silver reflections. Ripe gooseberry, a hint of herbal savouriness, delicate grapefruit and some peach on the nose. The palate is juicy and elegant, with an integrated acidity and sweet tropical fruit leading to the delicately spiced finish. An uncomplicated food companion.
