Tasting Notes

Tasting from 06.09.2024: Peter Moser

Medium, delicately cloudy copper gold, orange reflections. Smoky, some bitter chocolate, herbs, orange confit is in the background, pu-erh tea, increasingly opens up with more air. Taut, white tropical fruit, lemon mineral core, chalky on the finish, pleasant umami aftertaste, a fine food companion, animating style.
