Light greenish yellow in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, an inviting bouquet, delicately underpinned with vanilla and guava, fine yellow tropical fruit, and a hint of daisy. The palate is juicy and elegant, with delicate fruit expression redolent of white melon, fine acidity, mineral and appetising, with lime on the finish, a multi-faceted food wine.
