Tasting Notes

Tasting from 11.11.2022: Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach

Clear bouquet. Cherry, raspberries, fine spicy notes, cloves, some fresh oak. Pleasantly elegant on the palate with ripe but vivid acidity, noticeable, medium-fine tannin and a pleasant savoury-fruity, medium-long finish. Some tannin remains on the palate.
