Light golden yellow with silver reflections. Delicate notes of blossom honey and meadow herbs, ripe orchard-fruit nuances and some white nougat: multi-faceted and inviting. Tight-knit and light-footed, with white-apple fruit and lively acidity, it is piquant on the tongue and mineral on the finish with a hint of pear in the aftertaste. Has further ageing potential.
