Tasting Notes
Light gold. An archetypal freshness despite the maturity: apple peel tea, candied peach, coriander and hyssop notes. On the palate an almost Burgundy-like texture with subtle sweetness, lively acidity and an aromatically full finish. Aged to perfection - at the same time fine and intense, juicy and creamy. It's impressive how closely all components are fused. Almost quaffable!
More about the tastingTobacco, dried flowers, honey, cellar-stored quinces and freshly baked pastries may be clear indications of life's passing. This is the aroma on the surface. Because its core radiates youthfulness again, when timelessly pulsating acidity delights its mellow texture.
