Ripe yellow fruit and a distinctly heady, spiced nose: cardamom, fennel seed, red Kampot pepper, bergamot, linden honey and balsamic notes. Silky and smooth on the palate with a very delicate, fine acidity and just enough sweetness to support the volume of fruit. The finish finishes lighthearted and pure. A delicate mix of savoury and ripe fruit flavour spreads across the palate.
