Greenish reflections in the colour. Still closed, a hint of Rheingau spiciness, with aromas of cardamom, lemon balm, and dried lemon peel. Comparatively corpulent on the palate, but also intensely tactile, with some minerality, persistence, firm acidity, dense finish, full-bodied, with further ageing potential.
