Strong greenish yellow. Creamy, spicy nose, still clearly characterized by the yeast, strong herbal aromas, almost floral. Elegant flow on the palate, delicately creamy, intense, dense, with a melting texture and lots of play, still quite bitter and diffuse on the finish due to the yeast, expressive. Will benefit from bottle ageing.
