Tasting from 06.12.2024: Peter Moser

Pale yellow green colour, silver reflections. A hint of fresh orange zest, some mango, a touch of aniseed, somewhat shy bouquet. Complex, fine pears, subtle sweetness balanced by pleasant acidity, silky, persistent, mineral on the finish, has some length, versatile.
